MEET THE TEAM
The team behind Elite Retirement Group is made up of qualified financial professionals who are passionate about helping individuals and families achieve their ideal retirements.
Patrick has been with Elite Retirement Group since 2002. He is passionate about helping people worry less about retirement, particularly families with loved ones who have special needs. Patrick comes from a hard-working, blue-collar family who taught him the value of a dollar at an early age. In fact, he tried to buy his first stock when he was only 5 years old. As a proud Eagle Scout, he learned what it means to do the right thing for people.
Patrick passed the Series 65 securities exam and earned his Certification for Long-Term Care (CLTC®) as well as his Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation. He also holds a life and health insurance license in Wisconsin. You can hear Patrick on the “Retirement Solutions” radio show on WSAU 550 AM and 99.9 FM.
Patrick has two children: Logan, an Eagle Scout and a Marine; and Hailey, who has special needs and a contagious laugh. Away from the office, Patrick enjoys spending time with family, fishing, boating, four-wheeling and hunting.
Alyssa Marcell

Alyssa has been with Elite Retirement Group since July 2002. She handles all the financials. If there is anything you need, she will be happy to help.
Alyssa has an associate degree from North Central Technical College in marketing.
A lifetime resident of central Wisconsin, Alyssa enjoys walking, fishing and spending time with her family. She also enjoys watching the Packers!
Before entering the financial industry, Michael worked as an environmental consultant, then transitioned to construction management, where he worked as a structural engineer. But when the opportunity came up for him to work with his brother, Patrick, at Elite Retirement Group, Michael jumped at the chance to change his career path and do what comes naturally to him: helping people.
Michael passed the Series 65 securities exam and is registered as an Investment Advisor Representative. He also holds a life and health insurance license in Wisconsin. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. You can hear Patrick and Michael on the “Retirement Solutions” radio show on WSAU 500 AM and 99.9 FM.
Michael and his wife, Nicole, are parents to twins, Evan and Olivia. Along with spending time with family, Michael enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating and camping. Michael is a founding member and Eagle Scout of Troop 435, where he and Evan are active members.
Victor R. Kizewski
Investment Advisor Representative

Victor started his career with Elite Retirement Group in May 2020. His passion for investing and helping people in his hometown community led him to the position.
Victor is a 2020 North Dakota State graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a minor in banking. At North Dakota State, he was on the football team and helped them achieve three national championships.
Victor comes from a family of five and was married in August 2020. Away from the office, Victor enjoys golfing, hunting and being on the water.
Amelia Garcelon
VP of Operations
Amelia coordinates the daily operations of our firm, as well as arranging new accounts for incoming clients. She also oversees the operations of Elite Retire Med. Amelia enjoys working with both new and existing clients and being a part of helping them reach their retirement goals.
Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is working towards a Master of Business Administration. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Aaron, and their daughter Grace.
